How Do I Join?!
Simply select which music class you would like to take as one of your electives on your scheduling sheet from the Creekside counselors!
Music Classes Take Place During the School Day
Students will go to two periods of elective classes during their day - one would be band, choir, or orchestra and the other would be gym, art, etc.
Music Concerts
Students will have 4 evening performances throughout the year. These concerts are required as part of students' grade and dates are provided on the first day of school so families can plan ahead.
Sports & Music
Students can still play sports since band, choir, and orchestra take place DURING the school day each day and we only have 4 total evening performances throughout the entire school year!
Instrument Rentals / Purchases
Families are required to rent/purchase your own instrument for Band and Orchestra, with the exception of a few large instruments such as the Tuba.

If finances are an issue for your family, please reach out to one of the music teachers as finances should not hold any student back from such an amazing opportunity like music.
Health and Safety
Fairfield music classes have been taking every precaution possible to keep our students safe in the midst of our global health crisis. Each class strictly follows the guidelines provided by our state and county health commissioners.
